The ES1C-E3/61T is a surface mount ultrafast plastic rectifier. With glass passivated chip junction, this module has ultrafast recovery times for high efficiency. When it concerned to the application, this device is widely used in high frequency rectification and freewheeling application in switching mode converters and inverters for consumer, computer, automotive and telecommunication.
